1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using outprep.app (the "Site") or submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Service description

OutPrep is a pre-launch marketing site for an upcoming iOS application focused on behavioral interview practice. The Site's current function is to collect email addresses for an early access waitlist. The application itself is not yet available, and nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or provide any product.

3. Email communications

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive occasional email from OutPrep, including a welcome email and a launch announcement. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit false or third-party email addresses; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the Site; (c) use automated tools to scrape or spam the Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the OutPrep name, design, copy, and branding — is owned by OutPrep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site.
